IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF EARNIE BLACKLEY

According to Sheriff Earnie Bleckley, on October 14, Luke J. Sanders, age 18 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sander's bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of October 23 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 16, Howard P. Langston, age 78 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson on a warrant for harassment. Langston's bond was set at $300 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 16, John A. Rutherford, age 47 of Harriet, was arrested by Deputy Austin Grayham on a warrant for failure to appear, with additional charges of no seat belt, driving with a suspended driver's license, and fleeing. Rutherford is being held on no bond for the failure to appear with a court date in the Izard County Circuit Court of October 23. On the rest of the charges, Rutherford's bond was set at $1,000 with a court date of October24 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 16, Barbara K. Stanton, age 21 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stanton's bond was set at $1340 with a court date of November 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 16, Elijah Banning, age 28 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for disorderly conduct. Banning's bond was set at $220 with a court date of November 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 16, Daniel L. Killian, age 25 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for disorderly conduct. Killian's bond was set at $220 with a court date of November 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 16, Michael D. Vaile, age 25 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for possession of a controlled substance. Vail's bond was set at $2,500 with a pending court date in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 17, Terry L. Fletcher, age 31 of Violet Hill, was arrested by Trooper J. Bryan for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt, no tail lights, driving while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Fletcher is being held on no bond with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 17, Jeremy Jones, age 31 of Flippin, was arrested by Chief Deputy Charles Melton for disorderly conduct. Jones bond was set at $220 with a court date of October 24 in the Izard County District Court.
