Sheriff's Report August 19, 2019

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on August 9 Andrea Denise Stacy, age 23 of Briarcliff, was arrested by Trooper Ronnie Stewart for possession of drug paraphernalia. Stacy’s bond was set at $4,480 and a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 10, Garrett Buster Campbell, age 24 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Lt. Gabriel Sanders for terroristic threatening 2nd degree and harassing communications. Campbell’s bond was set at $2500 and a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 13, Brandon Merrill Bates, age 35 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for domestic battery 3rd degree. Bates was given an OR bond and a court date of August 22 in the Izard County Izard District Court.

On August 13, William Edward White was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court. White is being held with no bond and a pending court date.

On August 14, Kelley James McClellan, age 42 of Dolph, was arrested by Trooper Lively for tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. McClellan’s bond was set at $5000 and a court date of August 20 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On August 15, Mackenzie Everett Speir, age 30 of Wideman, was arrested by Deputy Kasey Hull on outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance out of the Izard County Circuit Court. In this case his bond was set at $5000 and a court date of August 20. Speir also has a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance. In this case Speir is being held with no bond and a court date of August 22.

On August 15, Casey Lynn Merriman, age 43 of Norfork, was arrested by Deputy Kasey Hull for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court. Merriman is being held with no bond and a court date of August 20.

On August 17, Kyle Anderson Elrod, age 34 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for driving on a suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. Elrod’s bond was set at $435 and a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 17, Misty Lenay Mills, age 47 of Batesville, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Mill’s bond was set at $674.16 and a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 18, Linda Vetor, age 18 of Wideman, was arrested by Deputy Kasey Hull on a warrant for failure to appear. Vetor’s bond was set at $440 and a court date of September 5 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 18, Angie Rae Speir, age 27 of Wideman, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for violation of the Arkansas hot check law. Speir’s bond was set at $569.73 and a court date of September 5 in the Izard County District Court.
