Sheriff’s Weekly Report July 29-August 04

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On July 29, Glinda Preston age 65, of Melbourne was arrested by Chef Deputy Charles Melton for Domestic Battery. Preston is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center being held without bond. Preston is scheduled to appear in Izard District Court August 22.

On July 29, Harold Eugene Wrinkle, age 49, of Evening Shade was arrested by Trooper Blake Johnson for driving on suspended, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wrinkle’s bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of August 13 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On July 29, Rebecca Ann Starbuck, age 41, of Evening Shade was arrested by Trooper Blake Johnson for drinking in public. Starbuck’s bond was set at $220 and a court date of September 5 in the Izard County District Court.

On July 29, Jefferson Jennings Broyles, age 28, of Strawberry was arrested by Trooper Blake Johnson for obstructing governmental operations. Broyles bond was set at $620 and a court date of September 5 in the Izard County District Court.

On July 31, Brianna M. Lunsford, age 22, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. Lunsford’s bond was set at $4870 and a court date of August 22 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 1, Katie Ann Havens, age 57, of Melbourne was arrested by agents with the 16th District Drug Task Force and Deputies with the Izard County Sheriff’s Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and maintaining a drug premises. Havens’ bond was set at $20,000 and given a court date in the Izard County Circuit Court.  

On August 1, Matthew James Olsen, age 49, of Melbourne was arrested by agents with the 16th District Drug Task Force and Deputies with the Izard County Sheriff’s Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and maintaining a drug premises. Olen’s bond was set at $40,000 and given a court date in the Izard County Circuit Court. 

On August 2, Roy Glisson, age 61, of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Glisson was given an OR bond and a court date of September 3 in the Izard County District Court.

 On August 2, Sarah Elizabeth Lepe, age 36, of El Dorado was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for a failure to appear warrant. Lepe is being held with no bond and a court date of August 13 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On August 2, Roy Charley Parker, age 46, of Mountain Home was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for driving on a suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. Parker’s bond was set at $610 and a court date of September 5 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 3, Justin Glenn Moore, age 32, listed as homeless was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Moore’s bond was set at $440 and a court date of August 8 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 3, Luke Asher Vest. Age 22, of Violet Hill was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for public intoxication and violation of a protection order. Vest is being held with no bond and a court date of August 8 in the Izard County District Court.

On August 4, Steven William Fulkerson, age 54, of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for a parole absconder warrant from the Arkansas Parole Board. Fulkerson is being held without bond pending a hearing.
