Sheriff’s Weekly Report

 

On April 26, Landon Edwards age 19, and Adrian Black age 19, both of Mt Pleasant was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson and Deputy J Barnes for 26 counts of Theft of Property and 26 counts of Criminal Mischief. Edwards and Black was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and each posted a cash bond of $1,000.00. Edwards and Black is Scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 9. These charges stem from Izard County Road signs being stolen throughout the county. Theft of Property and Criminal Mischief both are a class A misdemeanor that carries a fine of up to $1000.00 dollars per charge or sentence of one year in jail. When road signs are removed, they hamper emergency vehicles responding to emergency calls which can be life threatening.

 

     According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On April 22, Brandon Rouse age 30 of Salem was arrested by Trp. Blake Johnson for warrant on failure to pay fines. Rouse was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a cash bond of $910.00. Rouse is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court May 7.

 

    On April 22, Laura Padilla age 45, of Horseshoe bend was arrested by Deputy RC Lenex for suspended driver licenses.  Padilla was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a cash bond of $365.00. Padilla is scheduled to appear in the Horseshoe Bend County District Court June 18.

 

   On April 23, Sarah Wray age 46, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy RC Lenex for Child Support. Wray was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a $306.00. Wray is scheduled to appear in Izard County Court May23.

 

  On April 24, Tyler Hudgens age 35, of Norfork was arrested by DTF Geoffrey Watts for Possession of Meth, Drug Para with intent to ingest Meth Drug Para to store Meth poss with purpose to store marijuana. Tyler is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $30,000.00 bond.  Hudgens is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court October 30.

   

   On April 17, Rebecca Dockins age 47, of Bradford was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson for 63-day commitment. Dockins is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond.

 

  On April 25, Cynthia Gaddis age 31 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy RC Lenex for Domestic Battery 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 2nd.  Gaddis was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given and OR bond. Gaddis is schedule to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court June 18.

 

  On April 25, Cecil Gaddis age 45, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested By Deputy Nick Taylor for interference with emergency communication and Domestic Battery 3rd. Gaddis was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given an OR bond. Gaddis is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court June 18.

 

  On April 25, Debra Smallwood age 54, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy RC Lenex for Endanger Welfare Incompetent, Child Restraint, Careless Driving and Fail to Stop. Smallwood was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a $1,920.00 bond. Smallwood is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court June 18.

 

On April 25, Jacob Moody age 22 was arrested by Deputy RC Lenex for Failure to Pay Fines. Moody was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR Bond.  Moody is Scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 2.

 

 On April 26, Kevin Chute age 47 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for Possession of Control Substance Meth. Chute is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.  Chute is Scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 28.

 

 On April 26, James Ball age 20 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Battery 3rd. Ball was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted $1,000.00 bond. Ball is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 2.

 

  On April 26, Kaleah Payne age 21, of Cotter was Transferred by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for Failure to Appear. Payne is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $1,410.00 cash bond. Payne is Scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 2.

 

On April 26, Benjamin Hinds age 36, of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Probation Parole Hold. Hinds is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without Bond. Hinds Court date is pending.

 

On April 27, Larry Herring of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for Probation and Parole Hold. Herring is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without Bond. Herrings Court date is pending.

 

On April 27, Joshua Griswold of Jonesboro was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for Driving on suspended lic, Failure to Appear, No Insurance and no tags.  Griswold was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a $1,225.00 cash bond. Griswold is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court May 23.

 

 On April 28, James Adcox of Mt View was arrested by Deputy D.J Tiernan for Disorderly Conduct. Adcox was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted $ 220.00  bond. Adcox is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court May 23.

 

 On April 28, Michael Liscomb of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Domestic Battery 3rd and Terroristic Threatening. Liscomb is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $10,865.00 cash bond only. Liscomb is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court May 23.
