PUBLIC INTOXICATION LEADS TO ARREST

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, on June 14, Zachoria O’Dell Henry was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for leaving the scene of an accident, driving on suspended DL, possession of drug paraphernalia, refusal to submit to chemical test and DWI. Henry is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2900 bond. Henry is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 26.

 

On June 14, Gaylon Pauline Meister age 44 of Humphrey, AR was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for possession of a controlled substance. Meister is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $1250 bond. Meister is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

 

On June 15, Chad Thomas Scott age 45 of Leachville was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for public intox. Scott is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $220 bond. Scott is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on July 10.

 

On June 14, Christopher Allan Bowman age 33 of Salem was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for possession of firearms by certain persons. Bowman was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR Bond. Bowman is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on June 19.

 

On June 17, Brett Tunnicliff age 33 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for driving on suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Tunnicliff bonded on a $1000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

 

On June 16, Jakob Dilyn Shempert age 18 of Cave City was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for drinking in public. Shempert was given an OR bond and is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on July 10.

 

On June 16, Brandon Matthew Shempert age 39 of Cave City was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for providing alcohol to minor and drinking in public. Shempert was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1060 bond. Shempert is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on July 10.
