According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on June 6, Kristy Renee Goodson age 37 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear Goodson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in Lieu of a $635 cash bond. Goodson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

On June 5, Don Ray Foster age 80 of Violet Hill was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for aggravated assault. Foster was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $2000 cash bond. Foster is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on June 19.

On June 5, Michael Gene Hamilton age 53 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for harassing communications and harassment. Hamilton posted a $750 cash bond. Hamilton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

On June 1, Richard Thomas Brown age 60 was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for drinking in public, no liability insurance, no drivers license, endangering the welfare of a minor 2 counts, and fictitious license. Brown is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 cash bond. Brown is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

On June 5, Christopher Allan Bowman age 33 of Salem was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for possession of firearm by certain persons. Bowman is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $5000 bond. Bowman is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on June 19.

On June 2, Nathaniel Allen Speak age 35 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson domestic battering 2nd degree and domestic battering 3rd degree. Speak is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center in lieu of a $15,000 bond. Speak is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on June 19.

On May 29, Michael Layne Burgess age 48 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for domestic battery 3rd degree. Burgess is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1000 bond. Burgess is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

On May 29, Lacrissa Burgess age 28 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Steve Davidson for domestic battery 3rd degree. Burgess was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1000 bond. Burgess is scheduled to appear in Izard County District court on July 12.

On June 2, Morgan Williams age 21 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for public intoxication. Williams bonded on a $220 cash bond. Williams is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

On June 1, Drye Lynn Vincent age 24 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for theft of property. Vincent is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $500 bond. Vincent is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on June 19.

 

On June 7, Richard Trevor Armstrong age 40 of Springdale was arrested and charged with harassing communications. Armstrong bonded on a $1000 bond. Armstrong is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

On June 7, Rex Keith Treft age 47 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Mark Simino for harassment. Treft was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1000 bond. Treft is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

 

On June 9, Richard Allen Valenzuela age 56 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for driving left to center, DWI 1st offence, refusal to submit, no drivers license and hazardous driving. Valenzuela was incarcerated and bonded on a $1380 bond. Valenzuela is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on July 10.

On June 7, Anastasia Marie Treft age 30 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for harassment. Treft bonded on a $1000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on June 21.

On June 7, Bryant Odell Rawlings age 26 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for Harassing communications. Rawlings bonded on a $1000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 21.

On June 6, Michael Thomas Sourwine age 30 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for theft of property. Sourwine was given an OR bond and is scheduled to appear in Hoeseshoe Bend District Court on June 19.
