ANOTHER BUSY WEEK IN IZARD COUNTY

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on April 26, Malissa Marie Williams of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for criminal trespass and failure to appear. Williams was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR Bond. Williams   appeared in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On April 29, Zabrien Allen Meek was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for failure to appear in misdemeanor court and failure to appear in felony court. Meek is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Meek is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on May 22.

 

On April 27, Anthony Ray Milsap age 19 was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for theft by receiving. Milsap was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $500 cash bond. Milsap is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on May 8.

 

On April 26, Jason Mathew Brannon age 36 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear in felony court. Brannon is Incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Brannon is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on May 22.

 

On April 26, Timothy Allan Clark age 28 of Mountain Home was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for public intoxication. Clark was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Clark is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on July 12.

 

On April 26, Larry Jo Herring age 39 of Brockwell was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to appear and contempt of court. Herring is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $550 cash bond. Herring is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on May 10.

 

On April 26, Michael Eugene Williams age 55 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for Criminal Trespass. Williams was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Williams is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on May 10.

 

On April 25, Jimmy John Lewallen age 35 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Battery 2nd degree, resisting arrest, no drivers license, criminal mischief 1st degree, reckless driving, disorderly conduct . Lewallen is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
