According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. 

 

 

Randy Hobbs, 63 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 27th for domestic battery 3rd degree. 

 

Tyler Burns, 35 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 27th for probation/parole violations.  

 

Joseph Slade, 44 of Evening Shade, was arrested on July 29th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.  

 

Norris Erkman, 42 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 29th for reckless driving, no driver's license, DWI, and endangering the welfare of a minor.  

 

Tony Stephens, 50 of Newark, was arrested on July 30th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.  

 

Noel Gene Loosey, 65 of Calico Rock, was arrested on August 1st and is pending formal charges related to possession of a firearm by certain persons.  

 

Samantha Jackson, 45 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 1st for possession of an open container of alcohol and DWI. 

 

Clayton Henderson, 44 of Brockwell, was arrested on August 2nd for failure to register a vehicle, no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended driver's license.  

 

Charles Branch, 40 of Franklin, was arrested on August 2nd and is pending formal charges related to assault and battery.
