According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were
incarcerated in the last week. All persons are presumed innocent until
proven guilty in court.

Sarah Rose, 44 of Mountain View, was arrested on July 29th for
defective lights, no proof of insurance, and possession of a controlled
substance.

Jared Ganus, 24 of Batesville, was arrested on July 29th on a warrant
out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

Christina Brown, 51 of Wideman, was arrested on August 2nd pending formal charges related to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Davis, 39 of Cushman, was arrested August 2nd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

Madison Russell, 18 of Melbourne, was arrested on August 4th for
disorderly conduct.
