According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.  

 

Jessica Adams, 39 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on July 7th on a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.  

 

Elvis Foster, 37 of Oxford, was arrested on July 8th for careless driving, open container of alcohol, and DWI. 

 

Blake Hagan, 26 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 10th for failure to yield, violation of a vehicle interlock device, and DWI 2nd.  

 

Joseph McGowan, 51 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 10th for possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

William Maxy, 36 of Jacksonville, was arrested on July 13th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear. Maxy is also pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
