According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. 

 

 

Hope Roberson, 31 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on December 4th for disorderly conduct. 

 

Austin Payne, 28 Salem, was arrested on December 4th for unauthorized use of a vehicle. 

 

Kristin Smith, 32 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on December 5th for domestic battery 3rd degree. 

 

Richard Dacus, 66 of Pineville, was arrested on December 5th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Kellyn Smoot, 39 of Viola, was arrested on December 5th for DWI. 

 

Christopher Stone, 47 of Franklin, was arrested on December 5th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Thomas Mattmiller, 35 of Batesville, was arrested on December 7th on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.  

 

Justin Huffines, 31 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on December 7th for theft of property. 

 

Ricky Rushing, 23 of Oxford, was arrested on December 8th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
