According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. 

Ronnie Staggs, 66 of Pineville, was arrested on July 11th for felony probation violations and felon in possession of a firearm. 

Jessica Qualls, 34 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 11th for a contempt of court warrant out of Fulton County. 

Larry Sanders, 57 of Dexter MO, was arrested on July 11th for driving on a suspended driver's license, no proof of insurance, and open container of alcohol. Sanders also had a warrant for possession of drugs and firearms charges as well as being a fugitive from justice.  

Zachoria Henry, 26 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on July 12th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.  

David Smart, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 14th on a pickup order out of the Izard County Circuit Court for contempt of court.  

Todd Bales, 58 of Sulpher Rock, was arrested on July 14th on a pickup order out of the Izard County Circuit Court for contempt of court. 

Roger Verhegghe, 54 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 15th for driving on a suspended driver's license.
