The Sheriff's Office has been made aware of a social media post on local threads in reference to a child that was last seen last Friday on his way to school in "Izard County".  

At this time, the Sheriff's Office does not have any reports of a missing child. We are looking into this matter to verify the accuracy of the social media post.
