The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

David Smart, 56, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 17 on a bond revocation.

Charles Handford Branch, 37, of Franklin was arrested October 18 for contempt of court.

Melissa Sue Ellis, 42, of Melbourne was arrested October 19 and charged with two counts of theft of property.

Brenda Gayle Axtell was arrested October 20 and charged with 25 counts of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, two counts of forgery, one a class B felony and one a class C felony and abuse of an endangered or impaired person, a class B felony. Bond was set at $25,000.

Ashley Richardson, 34, of Violet Hill was arrested October 21 and charged with contempt of court.

David Bailey, 44. of Sidney was arrested October 21 and charged with contempt of court.

Latisha Bitting, 37, of Sage was arrested October 22 for contempt of court.

Tanner Alexander Hamilton, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested October 22 for driving on a suspended license.

Roger Glen Tate, 54, of Melbourne was arrested October 23 for criminal trespass.

Christopher Hallowell, 37, of Melbourne was arrested October 23 for domestic battery 3rd Degree, resisting arrest and false imprisonment 2nd Degree.
