The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Jason Mask, 39, of Viola was arrested August 29 for failure to appear.

 

Emma Chalys, 26, of Melbourne was arrested August 30 and is on hold for another agency.

 

Kalob Morton, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 31 for domestic battery 3^rd Degree, three counts of possession of a firearm by certain persons which are class D felonies and interference with emergency communications.

Alecxander Sexton, 29, of Newport was arrested September 2 for failure to appear.

 

Simon Keith Ducker, 43, of Rogers was arrested September 2 for Violation of Omnibus DWI Act, public intoxication, driving on a suspended driver's license, possession of open container of alcohol and careless and prohibited driving. 

 

Blythe Stapleton, 18, of Wideman was arrested September 3 for Violation of Omnibus DWI Act.
