The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Jason Lee Hendrix, 51, of Melbourne was arrested August 8 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony and being a habitual offender. Bond was set at $20,000.

Martha Mattingly, 50, of Van Buren was arrested August 9 for Violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, tampering with an ignition interlock device, fleeing in vehicle, reckless driving, and speeding. Bond was set at $3,810.

Erica Dawn Roberts, 33, of Bexar was arrested August 11 and charged with DWI - operation of a vehicle during DWI license suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. 

Autumn Daily, 20, of Hardy was arrested August 12 and charged with 10 counts of breaking or entering which are class D felonies, one count of theft of property, a class D felony, one count of theft of property, a class D felony, three misdemeanor theft charges. Bond was set at $50,000.

Christine Nicole Simpson, 19, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 14 and charged with DUI - underage, possession of a controlled substance and vehicles to be driven on the right side of road. Bond was set at $1,910.
