The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Harold Eugene Wrinkle, 52, of Evening Shade was arrested July 25 for contempt of court.

Andrew Ortiz, 29, of Oxford was arrested July 25 for domestic battery 3rd Degree, a class C felony and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Michael Liscomb, 40, of Melbourne was arrested July 26 on a felony hold for another agency. He is charged with driving on suspended license, failure to register, no proof of insurance, careless and prohibited driving, defective signal lamps and lights, fictitious tags, possession of meth or cocaine a class D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony and being a habitual offender. 

Gary Butler, 54, was jailed on a return to court.

Fred Henslee, 55, of Salem was arrested July 27 and is on hold for another agency.

Richard Jones, 63, of Salem was arrested July 27 for driving on a suspended driver's license and equipment violation.

Bobby Wayne Napier, 33, was jailed on a return to court.

Charles Handford Branch, 36, of Brockwell was arrested July 28 and sentenced to jail time.

Shelbie Marie Holowell, 22, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 29 for possession of a controlled substance.

Kyle Taylor, 32, of Melbourne was arrested July 30 for endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree and possession of a controlled substance. 

Ashley Louise Clark, 34, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 31 for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
