Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County May 30, 2022

The following individuals were incarcerated last week in the Izard County Detention Center, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Daniel Yancey, 40, of Pocahontas was arrested May 23 for failure to appear.

Rondann Winemiller, 36, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 24 for public intoxication.

Erica Miller, 39, of Heber Springs was arrested May 24 and is on hold for another agency.

Rocky Daune Caudell, 25, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 26 for driving on a suspended driver's license, no proof of insurance, failure to register, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,455.

Leanna Sue Martin, 42, of Jordan was arrested May 26 for violation of the Omnibus DWI Act and refusal to submit to chemical test.

Ryan Austin Thomas, 27, of Mountain Home was arrested May 26 for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Michael Kincade, 49, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 27 for violation of a protection order.

Jeffery Olsen, 58, was arrested May 28 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin Turner, 59, of Mount Pleasant was arrested May 28 for violation of Omnibus DWI Act and ATV on Highway,
