Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County May 23, 2022

The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Michael Joseph Kelly was transported to Izard County May 16 on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class D felonies. He was then transported back to Fulton County.

Justin Smith, of Mount Pleasant was placed in jail May 17 for contempt of court.

Jamie Armstrong, 37, of Oxford was held May 17 for contempt of court.

Eddy Dwanye Spangler, 57, of Melbourne was jailed May 17 and is awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Amber Marie Taylor, 31, of Salem was sentenced to jail time May 17.

Kevin Higdon, 59, of Yellville was jailed May 17 and is awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Jonthan Torres, 21, of Melbourne was ordered to jail May 17 and is awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Tanya Pauline Powell, 46, of Calico Rock was arrested May 17 and is being held on a parole hold.

Blake Squire Bisbee, 41, of Conway was ordered to jail May 17 and is awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Christopher Adam Christie, 36, of Dardanelle was arrested May 17 for failure to appear.

James Magouirk, 32, of Melbourne was May 17 for delivery of a controlled substance, a class C felony.

Richard Lindsey, 23 of Sulphur Rock was arrested May 18 for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and driver of a motor vehicle failure to register.

Charles Hanford Branch, 36, of Melbourne was arrested May 18 for ATV on highway careless and prohibited driving, no proof of insurance, DWI - operation of vehicle during DWI license suspension and disorderly conduct.

Ross Solimine, 34, of Hardy was arrested May 19 for contempt of court.

Casey Daniele Hammons, 20, of McRae was jailed May 19 and is on hold for another agency.

Dylan Chase Alberson, 21, was arrested May 20 for driving on a suspended driver's license and no seat belt.

Jeremy Ramey, 40, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 21 and is on hold for another agency.
