Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County May 2, 2022

The following individuals were booked into the Izard County Jail last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

 

William Shilo Malone, 37, of Bull Shoals was arrested April 25 on a return to court order.

Bobby Dewayne Gipson, 48, of Batesville was arrested April 26 for failure to appear.

Kyra Webb, 39, of Mount Pleasant was arrested April 27 for domestic battery 3rd Degree, endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree, both misdemeanors and possession of a controlled substance, a class A. Misdemeanor.

Clifton Dwayne Burrows, 40, of Viola was arrested April 28 on a parole hold.

Elizabeth Ann Alton, 50, of Mount Pleasant was arrested April 28 for possession of a firearm by certain persons, a class D felony.

Eric Rodgers, 32, of Viola was arrested April 28 for driving on a suspended license, obstruction of governmental operations, and criminal impersonation 1st Degree.

Alexander Blake Rouse, 30, of Salem was arrested April 28 for failure to appear, manslaughter, a class C felony, leaving the scene of an accident, a class D felony, violation of the Omnibus DWI Act and being a habitual offender.

Tyler Lee Grimes, 27, of Cherokee Village was arrested April 29 for failure to appear.

Robert Erwin Davis, 44, of Cushman was arrested April 30 for furnishing prohibited articles, a class C felony, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Jacobson Taylor Smith, 26, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 1 for domestic battery 3rd Degree.
