Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County February 14, 2022

The following individuals were arrested last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

 

Darrell Smith, 59, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested February 2 and charged with violation of Omnibus DWI Act, driving on a suspended driver's license, no seat belt. He is on also being held for another agency. Bond was set at $1,255.

James L. Haney, 34, of Melbourne was arrested February 2 for violation of a court order.

Genena Norene Snyder, 61, of Batesville was arrested February 8 for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony, probation violation and being a habitual offender. Bond was set at $10,000.

Joseph Walker Langston Jr., 22, of Mountain Home was arrested February 10 for DWI - operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension or revocation, no proof of insurance, fictitious tags, and no interlock device. Bond was set at $1,936.

Michael Ashworth, 28, was arrested February 11 for disorderly conduct.

Jackie Dale Stevens, 56, of North Little Rock was arrested February 11 for maintaining a drug premise, a class C felony and delivery of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Jimmy John Lewallen, 38, of Melbourne was arrested February 11 for probation violation.

Michael Jacob, 54, of Batesville was arrested February 11 for failure to register, fictitious license plate sticker, no proof of insurance, DWI - operation of vehicle during DWI license suspension or revocation.

Zachoria Henry, 25, of Mount Pleasant was arrested February 11 for possession of a controlled substance.

Dustin Brown, 45, of North Little Rock was arrested February 12 for failure to appear.

Javaughn Kelly Sr., 53, of Melbourne was arrested February 12 for no driver's license and is on hold for another agency.

Juan Negrete, 37, of Batesville was arrested February 12 for possession of a controlled substance.

Rita Richardson, 51, of Oxford was arrested February 12 for violation of hot check law.

Raybourne D, Johnson, 49, of Oxford was arrested February 13 for driving while intoxicated DWI 2nd, equipment violation and possession of open container of alcohol.
