Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County January 18, 2022

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton the following individuals were incarcerated in the Izard County jail during the past week.

 

Justin Janson, 36, of Pineville was arrested January 10 for possession of a firearm by a certain person, a class B felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony, possession of a controlled substance and being a habitual offender. Bond was set at $25,000.

Ezra Sawyer Jones, 28, of Yellville was arrested January 10 for Act 570.

Kevin Howard Sanders, 51, of Viola was arrested January 10 for violation of a no contact order.

Joshua Clark, 33, of Violet Hill was arrested January 11 on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine which are class B felonies and being a habitual offender. Bond was set at $40,000.

Andrew Kenneth Mackiewicz, 27, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 11 for public intoxication and terroristic threatening first degree.

Rickie Rico Robinson, 29, of Russellville was arrested January 12 and is on hold for another agency.

Andrew James Curran Jr., 55, of Oxford was arrested January 12 for failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements - refusal to cooperate with an assessment process.

Adam Wade Pinkston, 49, of Melbourne was arrested January 14 for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. 

Jose Angel Perez, 34, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree.

Aaron Blake Laxton, 31, of Mount Pleasant was arrested January 15 and is on hold for another agency.

Tracy Decker, 52, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree.

Christina Ann Copes, 38, of Oxford was arrested January 16 for violation of Omnibus DWI Act, careless and prohibited driving, endangering the welfare of a minor child in the 2nd Degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,510.

Amos Louis Parnell, 44, of Pineville was returned to jail on January 16 and is on hold for another agency.

Adam Blake Rush, 41, of Calico Rock was arrested January 17 for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,340.
