Press Release Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County December 6, 2021

According to Chief Deputy Charlie Melton the following individuals were arrested last week.

 

 

Wendell Martin Glass, 43, of Beebe was arrested November 29 for violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, refusal to submit to a chemical test and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,040.

Carly Reed, 38, was arrested November 29 for failure to appear.

Amber Jane Smith, 32, of Mountain View was arrested November 29 and is on hold for another agency.

Joshua Donald Rogers, 31, of Calico Rock was arrested November 30 for public intoxication and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,360.

Tony Forehand, 58, of Peach Orchard was arrested December 1 for probation violation.

Christopher Darnell, 43, of Brockwell was arrested December 1 for failure to register, tampering with an ignition interlock device, possession of open container of alcohol, DWI operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension, no proof of insurance. Bond was set at $1,730.

Sabryna Kay Irby, 26, of Melbourne was arrested December 1 for felony possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew Cupp, 26, of Pocahontas was arrested December 1 for probation violation.

Roger Wayne Langford, 68, of Melbourne was arrested December 1 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are D felonies. 

Mark Lewis, 30, of Mountain Home was arrested December 2 and is on a parole hold.

Johnathan Foshee, 37, of Norfork was arrested for failure to appear.

Joseph Scott McGowan, 47, of Calico Rock was arrested December 3 for operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension or revocation.

Larry Reed Hamby Jr., 40, of Melbourne was arrested December 3 for sexual assault in the fourth degree, a class D felony and is on hold for another agency. Bond was set at $10,000.

Timothy Perry, 29, was arrested December 3 and is on hold for the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Richard Kyle Cohn, 34, of Calico Rock was arrested December 4 for driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $365.

Steven Duane Hood, 55, of Pineville was arrested December 5 for disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $220.
