Press Release October 24, 2021 Sheriff Jack Yancey, Izard County

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, the following individuals were booked into the Izard County Jail during the past week.
 
Aaron Sefers, 24, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 18 and charged with aggravated assault on a household member, two counts of terroristic threatening First Degree, all are D felonies. He is also charged with interference with emergency communications, a class A misdemeanor and endangering the welfare of a minor, also a misdemeanor. 
 
Robert Jay, 33, of Melbourne was arrested October 18 and charged with failure to appear warrants out of Oklahoma.
 
Chad Allen Fry, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 19 and charged with domestic battery Third Degree. Bond was set at $1,120.
 
Amber Rose Zimmerman, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 20 and charged with domestic battery Third Degree. Bond was set at $1,120.
 
Jack W. Bartruff, 27, was arrested October 20 on a return to court order.
 
Stephen Cagle, 39, of Calico Rock was arrested October 21 for driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $365.
 
Richard G Kimble, 20, of Strawberry was arrested October 22 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of an open container of alcohol and allowing a minor to handle alcohol beverage. Bond was set at $1,810.
 
Shawn Dee Branscum, 46, of Batesville was arrested October 22 for failure to appear.
 
Sabryna Kay Irby, 25, of Oxford was arrested October 22 for public intoxication.
 
Jesse Sanders, 21, of El Dorado was arrested October 24 for unsafe vehicle, no proof of insurance and driving on suspended. Bond was set at $415.
