According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton the following individuals were arrested during the past week.

 

Amanda Thomas, 36, of Little Rock was arrested September 28 for failure to appear.

 

Daniel Payne, 65, of Melbourne was arrested September 29 for possession of an open container of alcohol and public intoxication. Bond was set at $440.

 

Tena Renee Haynes, 52, of Calico Rock was arrested October 1  for failure to appear and bond revocation.

 

Joshua McCabe, 35, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 1 for careless and prohibited driving, tampering with an ignition interlock device and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,535.

 

Mark Benford, 55, of Melbourne was arrested October 1 for parole violation.

 

John Nalley, 36, of Calico Rock was arrested October 1 for violation of Omnibus DWI Act and refusal to submit to chemical test.

 

Kayle Selvey, 29, of Calico Rock was arrested October 2 for possession of a controlled substance.

 

Nathan Gray, 50, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested October 2 for domestic battery 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $1,165.

 

Harold Winkle, 51, of Evening Shade was arrested October 3 for probation violation.

 

Jesse LeBlanc, 27, of Batesville was arrested October 3 for failure to appear.
