According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, the following people were incarcerated last week in the Izard County Jail.

Shawn Stocker, 52, of Mount Pleasant was arrested July 12 for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond was set at $440.

Christopher Austin Foster, 24, of Mountain View was arrested July 12 for failure to appear.

Brad Allen Edmonston, 49, of Calico Rock was arrested July 13 for delivery of a controlled substance, a B felony and fraudulent use of a communications device, a class C felony. Bond was set at $20,000.

Jason Davis, 44, of Melbourne was arrested July 15 for obstructing governmental operations and is on hold for another agency. Bond was set at $620.

Audrey Gail Johnson, 54, of Heber Springs was arrested July 14 for public intoxication. Bond was set at $220.

Karmen Deanne Barner, 47, of Melbourne was arrested July 16 on two counts theft of property. Both are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $1,000.

Evelyn Rosemarie Smith, 23, of Sage was arrested July 17 for domestic battery 3rd degree and criminal mischief 2nd degree. Both are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $2,240.

Michael Upton, 65, of Guion was arrested July 17 and charged with domestic battery 3rd degree. Bond was set at $1,120.
