Izard County Press Release Izard County Sheriff Jack Yancey June 14, 2021

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, the following people were booked into the Izard County Jail during the past week.

 

Tena Renee Haynes, 51, of Calico Rock was arrested June 6 and charged with three counts delivery of meth and maintaining a drug premise and habitual offender. Bond was set at $40,000.

Jamie Morris, 39, of Heber Springs was arrested June 7 and is on hold for another agency.

William Stanton, 29, of Melbourne was arrested June 7 for violation of a court order.

Michael Smithson, 40, of Mammoth Spring was arrested June 7 and released to another agency.

William Dale Crock, 58, of Cave City was arrested June 7 and charged with maintaining a drug premise, a B felony, possession with the purpose to deliver, a B felony and habitual offender. Bond was set at $50,000.

Gary Morrell, 31, was arrested June 8 on a delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, a B felony. Bond was set at $20,000.

Jamie Armstrong, 36, of Fayetteville was arrested June 8 and charged for possession of a controlled substance, a D felony, possession of a controlled substance, a D felony, furnishing prohibited articles, a B felony and habitual offender. She is currently on hold for another agency.

Bobby Butler, 37, of Melbourne was arrested June 9 and charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test, violation of Omnibus DWI Act, failure to appear, careless and prohibited driving and failure to yield from a private driveway.

Dylan Sanders, 29, of Pineville was brought back to the Izard County Jail on June 9 for a return to court.

Corey McCullough, 33, of Melbourne was arrested June 10 and is on hold for another agency.

Samantha Erin Scott, 28, of Heber Spring was arrested June 10 and is on hold for another agency.

Robert Clayton Moore, 41, of Mountain Home was arrested June 11 and charged 

Darren Weldon Wyatt, 52, of Melbourne was arrested June 11 and charged with three Class D felony counts of aggravated assault on a household member, domestic battery third degree and interference with emergency communications, both misdemeanors. Wyatt's bond was set at $10,000.00.

Katherine Robertson, 43, of Fairfield Bay was arrested June 11 and is on hold for another agency.
