According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, the following people were arrested during the past week.

 

Kyle Kusturin, 50, of Ash Flat was arrested on April 12, for violations of omnibus DWI Act. Bond was set at $820.

 

Elijah Banning, 30, of Oxford was arrested and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance and furnishing prohibited articles. Bond was set at $20,000.

 

Miranda Nicole Riddle, 29 of Olney, Illinois was arrested April 14 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, which are both class D felonies. She was also charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.

 

Leesa Michelle Coleman, 34, of Norfork was arrested April 15 and charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, which are both misdemeanors. She is currently being held for another agency.

 

Jonathan Foster, 36, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested April 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree, which is a misdemeanor.

 

Samantha Rae Bangs, 22, of Melbourne was arrested on April 17 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Both are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $2,370.

 

Dustin Keith Rouse, 25, of Melbourne was arrested April 17 and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. All are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $2,590.

 

Richard Kyle Cohn, 33, of Calico Rock was arrested April 18 and is being held for another agency.

 

Richard William Jones, 26, of Melbourne was arrested April 18 and is being held for another agency.
