According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on September 15, Amber McNealy, age 28 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for domestic battery 3rd degree, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. McNealy is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on November 5. 

On September 16, Blandon Elkins, age 44 of Melbourne, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property. Elkins appeared in the Izard County District Court on September 17. 

On September 17, Dora Hendrickson, age 42 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for criminal trespass. Hendrickson is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on November 5. 

On September 17, Amber Smith, age 31 of Calico Rock, was transported from Baxter County to the Izard County Jail for violation of conditions of bond. Smith is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on October 28. 

On September 17, Michael Horton, age 29 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for domestic battery 3rd degree. Horton scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on November 5. 

On September 17, Larry Horton, age 50 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Horton is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on November 5.  

On September 18, Joshua Morehead, age 29 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for domestic battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. Morehead is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. 

On September 18, Emalee Hagan, age 21 of Dolph, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. Hagan is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. 

On September 18. Colt Harrell, age 37 of Pineville, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for violation of a no contact order. Harrell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. 

On September 18, David Smart, age 54 or Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Probation/Parole Officer Josh Morehead on a warrant for failure to appear. Smart is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on October 28. 

On September 19, Victoria Mandrell, age 35 of Oxford, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for public intoxication. Mandrell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. 

On September 19, Dannie Eugene McGrew, age 60 of Horsehoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for public intoxication, criminal trespass, and terroristic threatening 2nd degree. McGrew is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 6. 

On September 19, Skylar Huckabee, age 18 of Mount Pleasant; Joanne Stevens, age 19 of Horseshoe Bend; Bobby Sample, age 20 of Dolph; Gary Sample, age 21 of Dolph, were arrested on warrants for harassment and criminal mischief.  The warrants stemmed from an incident in Dolph where it was reported by the victim that she had seen the suspects hiding in the brush close to her residence and they were throwing rocks that were hitting her house. All are scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. At the time of this report, one suspect involved in this case, Jessie Foster, age 20 of Mountain Home, has not been arrested.
