IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF JACK YANCEY

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on September 1, Charles Branch, age 35 of Brockwell, was arrested by Sheriff Jack Yancey and Sgt. Steve Davidson for domestic battery 3rd degree, endangering the welfare of a minor, and disorderly conduct. Branch is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. 

On September 3, Paul Slade, age 68 of Sidney, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford on two warrants for permitting livestock to run at large. Slade is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on September 17. 

On September 3, Brenton Needle, age 34 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Jim Davis for disorderly conduct. Needle is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 6. 

On September 3, James Smith, age 29 of Van Buren, was transported to the Izard County Jail from the Department of Corrections on a warrant for battery 2nd degree. Smith is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on September 16.   

On September 5, Zachoria Henry, age 23 of Sidney, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones on a warrant for failure to appear in the Izard County District Court. Henry is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on September 17.
