IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF JACK YANCEY
According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on August 25 as a result of a traffic stop by Trooper Lively, Clayton Moore, age 40 of Norfork, was charged with resisting arrest, battery 2nd degree on a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance; to wit methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance; to wit fentanyl, and possession drug paraphernalia. Moore is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court. Jamie Woodcock, age 32 of Calico Rock, was the driver of the vehicle. She was charged with driving on a suspended license for DWI, fictitious license plate, no proof of insurance, and a warrant out of Baxter County. Woodcock is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on October 8. Another passenger in the car, Nicholas Speak age 42 of Flippin, was arrested for a warrant out of Baxter County.
On August 25 Steven Carroll, age 38 of Marked Tree, was arrested by Trooper Lively on a felony warrant for failure to appear. Carroll is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on September 16.
On August 25, Mitchell Pool, age 27 of Dolph, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith on a warrant for petition to revoke probation. Pool is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on September 16.
On August 25, Johnny Barnhill, age 39 of Cherokee Village, was arrested by Probation/Parole Officer Josh Morehead on a felony warrant out of Poinsett County for aggravated assault and criminal mischief. Barnhill was extradited to Poinsett County.
