IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF JACK YANCEY

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on July 14, Aimee Arcoraci-Davies, age 31 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by deputy Austin Grayham for criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Aimee is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 4. 

On July 14, William Key, age 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for careless driving, driving left of center, DWI, and driving on a suspended driver's license for DWI. Key is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 4. 

On July 15, Billy Turner, age 48 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for DWI, driving with a suspended driver's license for DWI, fictious license plate, and no proof of insurance. Turner is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 6. On July 17 as a result of an investigation from July 14, Turner was also charged with aggravated assault; a class "D" felony, terroristic threatening; a class "D" felony, and domestic battery 3rd degree; a class "A" misdemeanor. Turner is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on August 18. 

On July 15, Matthew Martin, age 28 of Batesville, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a warrant for failure to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court. Martin is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on August 18. 

On July 19, Ben Fitzsimmons, age 28 of Cave City, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones on a warrant for failure to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court. Fitzsimmons is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on August 15.
