IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF JACK YANCEY

According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on April 27 Richard Hayes, age 34 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for public intoxication. Hayes was given an OR bond and a court date in the Izard County District Court. 

On April 28 Braxton Sherrill, age 37 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for DWI and endangering the welfare of a minor. Sherrill's bond was set at $820 professional with a court date of July 9 in the Izard County District Court.  

On May 1, Steffahn Smith, age 22 of Viola, was arrested by Trooper Lively for DWI, driving on a suspended driver's license for DWI, unsafe equipment, and operating a vehicle with no interlock device. Smith's bond was set at $1,500 professional with a court date of June 18 in the Izard County District Court. 

On May 2, Jeremy Wray, age 42 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for DWI, driving on a suspended driver's license for DWI, driving left of center, and possession of a controlled substance. Wray was not given a bond at this time due to him having a parole hold by the Department of Community Corrections. Wray was given a court date of July 9 in the Izard County District Court.  

On May 3, Staci Wolford, age 44 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of a controlled substance. Wolford's bond was set at $500 cash with a court date of July 23 in the Izard County District Court.
