Linda Faye Tenin, age 48 of Cotter was arrested during the early morning hours Saturday on the charge of public intoxication-drugs. Tinin posted bond later that day in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Erin K. Roper, age 25 of Melbourne was arrested June 8 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Roper posted bond Friday in the amount of $595 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Michael Joseph Kelly, age 21 of Franklin was arrested June 7 after failing to comply with orders from Circuit Judge Tim Weaver. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said Kelly will remain in jail until the next scheduled circuit court date.

Gary G. Graham, age 62 of Melbourne was arrested Friday evening on the charge of driving will intoxicated. Graham was given a court date and released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Keith Christopher George, age 23 of Batesville was arrested June 7 on a violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant. George was released from the Izard County Detention Facility June 10 after posting bond in the amount of $300.

Rebecca Denise Dockins, age 38of Melbourne was arrested Friday on a felony failure to appear warrant. Dockins remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond.
