Custody of Amanda Kay Bran scum, age 23 of Mountain View was transferred March 7 to the Izard County Detention March 7, 2010. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Branscum is charged along with her husband, Elmer Lewie Branscum with theft of property. The theft involves that of taking guns from homes in Izard County. Branscum faces similar charges in Stone County. According to Sheriff Lawrence, Branscum made an initial appearance in Izard County Circuit Court and was returned to Stone County. A bond in the amount of $10,000 was set for the Izard County charges.

Scott Rayburn Galloway, age 25 of Melbourne was arrested March 8 on a Baxter County contempt of court warrant. Galloway was transferred to the Baxter County jail the same day.

A Calico Rock woman, Tammy Gale Robison was arrested March 8 on a Baxter County warrant. Robison was also transferred to Baxter County to answered the charges.

Richard Alford Magourik, age 22 of Melbourne was arrested Friday night following a motorist call to dispatch that a possible domestic situation was occurring in a vehicle along side highway 5 of Calico Rock. The female victim of the domestic refused to provide a statement against her brother, Donnie Woodcock, but did say that Magourik had taken the keys to the vehicle and had thrown the keys into the woods. Magourik was located near Roadrunner Lane and was arrested on the charge of public intoxication. Mogourik remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on the charge and on a hold from the Arkansas Department of Correction.

David George Mcatee is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility following his Sunday afternoon arrest on a Baxter County warrant. Mcatee, age 62 is from Pineville.
