According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, On January 19, Deputy Nick Taylor responded to an address in Horseshoe Bend for a report of a male subject who had broken into two vehicles. Upon investigation Paul Beaver, age 36 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested and charged with two counts of breaking or entering, both are a class "D" felony. Beaver's bond was set at $10,000 professional with a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court. Beaver is also under current supervision with ACC who has a hold on him.ELIJAH BANNING

On January 24, Elijah Banning, age 28 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for forgery 2nd degree, a class "C" felony. The charge stems from an investigation into Banning passing stolen checks on an individual from Izard County. Banning's bond was set at $10,000 professional and a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court. This investigation is ongoing.

On January 20, Samantha Cox, age 36 of Melbourne, was arrested on a pick-up order out of Izard County Circuit Court. Cox is being held on no bond until she appears in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 21, Britanie Southerland, age 28 of Batesville, was arrested on a warrant for petition to revoke felony probation. Southerland is being held with no bond and a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 23, James Burke, age 44 of Beebe, was arrested by Trooper Lively for driving left of center, DWI, and possession of instrument of crime. Burke's bond was set at $3,230 professional with a court date of March 19 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 24, Joshua Aguiar, age 32 of Oxford, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan on a warrant for failure to appear. Aguiar was given an OR bond and a court date of February 20 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 24, Billy Pittman, age 47 of Glencoe, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pittman's bond was set at $1,940 professional with a court date of March 3 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 24, Camille Perme, age 44 of Cherokee Village, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for no driver's license, no vehicle license, no proof of insurance, and fictitious license plate. Perme's bond was set at $930 professional with a court date of March 3 in the Izard County District Court. Perme also has a hold out of Missouri on a outstanding warrant.  

On January 24, Larry Willingham, age 30 of Cherokee Village, was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for a warrant out of Missouri on an outstanding warrant. Willingham is being held for extradition.

On January 24, Michelle Marshall, age 22 of Searcy, was arrested by Trooper Lively for possession of a controlled substance. Marshall's bond was set at $1,250 professional with a court date of March 19 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 25, Joshua Dockins, age 34 of Oxford, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb on a warrant for failure to appear. Dockins is being held with no bond with a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court. Dockins also has a hold for ACC.

On January 26, Melissa Casey, age 40 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes on a warrant for Baxter County. Casey was transported to Baxter County.

On January 26, Richard Huff, age 38 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for driving on a suspended driver's license, fictitious vehicle license, failure to stop, and possession of a controlled substance. Huff's bond was set at $2,130 professional with a court date of March 3 in the Izard County District Court. Huff also has a hold out of Baxter County.
