According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on November 12, Devon Thomas Haynes, age 21 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for driving on a suspended driver's license and no proof of insurance. Haynes' bond was set at $610 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 15, Eleazar Carmona Fernandez, age 51 of Sidney, was arrested by Trooper Lively for drinking in public, speeding, and no driver's license. Fernandez's bond was set at $585 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 15, Tamara Guinn, age 39 of Mountain View, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan on a warrant for domestic battery 3rd degree. Guinn is being held on no bond with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court. Guinn also has holds for warrants in other counties.

On November 16, Brenson Seth Webb, age 40 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for careless driving, open alcohol container, failure to pay registration, and driving while intoxicated. Webb was given and OR bond with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 16, Darrin Pharris, age 43 of Salem, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for unsafe vehicle, faulty muffler, careless driving, fleeing, and no proof of insurance. Pharris' bond was set at $1,850 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 16, Jeremy David Wray, age 41 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Trooper Lively on for possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for parole violations. Wray is being held with no bond and a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court for the drug paraphernalia. Wray is also being held with no bond pending hearing date on the parole violation.

On November 16, Nicole Harrison, age 40 of West Plains MO, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended driver's license. Harrison was given an OR bond with a court date of December 10 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 16, Lena Krystal Cone, age 40 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for public intoxication. Cone's bond was set at $220 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.
