According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley on February 10, Heather King age 40 of Melbourne was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Driving While Intoxicated, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. King was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given an OR bond. King is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 7.

On February 13, John Tracy Harrington age 50 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order. Harrington is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on March 5.

On February 13, Crystal Dockins age 41 of Norfork was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Dockins was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and Bonded on a $5,000 bond. Dockins is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on March 27.

On February 15, Billy Joe Powell age 38 of Calico Rock was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver, Fleeing, and Failure to Appear. Powell is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Powell is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 19.

On February 16, Angel Dawn Sutterfield age 35 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for Diving on a Suspended License. Sutterfield was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an OR bond. Sutterfield is scheduled to appear in Horseshoe Bend District Court on March 5.

On February 17, William Cody Tillman age 26 of Pine Bluff was arrested for a Failure to Appear. Tillman is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. Tillman is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on March 27.

On February 19, Eric Michael Bear age 31 of Mountain Home was arrested for Public Intoxication. Bear is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $220 bond. Bear is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 11.

On February 19, John Wayne Cumbie age 47 of Dolph was arrested for Public Intoxication, Terroristic Threatening, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Cumbie is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with No Bond. Cumbie is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 11.
