On March 7, a search warrant was by members of the Izard County Sheriff’s Department, the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force and Arkansas probation and parole and State Police, executed at the residence of Robin Black at 691 Sandy Flats Rd. Robyn Black age 47 of Melbourne was arrested for possession with the purpose to deliver meth, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, maintaining a drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. Black was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $25,000 bond. Black is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court. Also arrested at the residence was Richard Jackson Wells age 50 of Melbourne and Donald Lee Martin age 39 of Melbourne. Wells was charged with Possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, maintaining drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wells was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $25,000 bond. Martin was charged with possession of methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia. Martin is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $25,000 bond.  Wells and Martin are scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on March 27.

 

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley officers of the Izard County Sheriff’s Department, the 16 Judicial Drug Task Force, Arkansas State Police, and the South-Central Missouri Drug Task Force arrested Charles Peter Shepherd age 50 Rhonda Gale Peebles age 55 and Ricky Lee Schiltz of Sage. Shepherd and Peebles are both charged with trafficking of a controlled substance schedule 2 methamphetamine more than 200 grams. Both are incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $20,000 bond each they are both scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on April 23. Ricky Lee Schiltz was charged with maintaining a drug premises a class C felony, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine a class Y felony, delivery of a controlled substance a class B felony and habitual offender A.C.A 5-4-501a. Schiltz is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $250,000 bond. Schiltz is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on April 23. These arrest stem from an ongoing investigation and resulted in the seizure of approximately 5 pounds of methamphetamine.

 

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on March 15, Norma Lee Strader age 47 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay fines. Strader was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given a OR bond. Strader is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 10.

 

On March 17, Billy Joe Chance age 31 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for failure to pay fines and failure to pay child support. Chance was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $4,947.21 bond.

 

On March 19, Allen Dale Ivy age 60 of Mtn. View was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for driving on suspended, failure to pay fines and no liability insurance. Ivy is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,480 bond. Ivy is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12,

 

On March 15, Sierra Danielle Stapleton age 18 of Calico Rock was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for terroristic threatening. Stapleton is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 bond. Stapleton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On March 15, Lance Dewayne Smith Age 25 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for DWI and careless driving. Smith was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $990 bond. Smith is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 19.

 

On March 14, Michael Edward Gilbreath age 44 of Ash Flat was arrested for failure to pay child support. Gilbreath is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,270 bond.

 

On March 13, Aaron Michael Woodward age 34 of Sidney was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for failure to appear, driving on suspended, fictitious license. No insurance and reckless driving.

Woodward was incarcerated and bonded on a $1,495.00 dollar bond. Woodward is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 19.

 

On March 12, Cydney Diana Taylor age 22 of Dolph was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for domestic battery 3rd degree. Taylor was incarcerated and bonded on a $2,000 bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12.
