JASON PENDERGRASS

 

 

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, on February 8, Jason Lee Pendergrass of Melbourne was arrested by Lt. Charlie Melton for five counts of sexual assault 2nd degree. Pendergrass is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $200,000 bond. Pendergrass is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 12.

 

On Monday February 5, Justin Michael Carnes age 23 of Lamar was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for driving while license suspended, no liability Insurance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carnes is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Carnes is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 28.

 

On February 5, Keith Ray Varnado age 58 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Foster for failure to pay fines. Varnado was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $500 cash bond. Varnado is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 8.

 

On February 6, Roger Lee Johnson age 48 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Gabe Sanders for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $10,000 bond. Johnson scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 28.

 

On February 7, Adam Dale Stacy age 23 was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for failure to appear.  Stacey is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Stacey is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February28.

 

On February 26, Eric Olsen age 32 was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for public intoxication. Olsen is incarcerated in the Izard County Detentions enter in lieu of a $220 bond. Olsen is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8.

 

On February 7, Ronnie Ford age 42 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for drinking in public. Ford was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $220 bond. Ford is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8.

 

On February 7, Evelyn Javine Crow age 75 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for forgery 2nd degree. Crow was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $5000 bond. Crow is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on February 28.

 

On February 11, Charles Fred Wade age 44 was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay fines. Wade is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a 500 bond. Wade is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 22.

 

On February 11, William Stanton age 26 was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for failure to pay fines. Stanton is incarcerated In the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $500 bond. Stanton is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8,

 

On February 12, Jerry Dean Malott age 54 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for two counts of 3rd degree assault and two counts of domestic battering 3rd degree. Malott is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $4000 bond. Malott is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on February 22.

 

On February 10, Steven Lee Lewis ll age 31 of calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for domestic battering 3rd degree, terroristic threatening 2nd degree and four counts of endangering the welfare of minor. Lewis is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Lewis is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8.

 

On February 10, Stephen Harrell Martin age 52 of Sidney was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for criminal trespass. Martin bonded on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8.

 

On February 10 Kyra Jill Webb age 35 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for domestic battering 3rd degree. Webb was arrested and given an OR bond and scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on March 8.
