ARRESTED WHEN RELEASED FROM PRISION

 

 

 

Upon his release from prison May 1, after serving time on other charges, Larry Joe Herring was picked up April 29 on an Izard County detainer to answer felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.  According to Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Herrin age 34 of Horseshoe Bend was additionally charged as a habitual offender resulting from having four or more felony convictions.  Herring remains in the Izard County Detention Facility awaiting court in lieu of a$50,000 bond.

Christopher Shane Elliott, age 39 of Norfolk was arrested Sunday about noon after it was reported that he rammed the occupied vehicle of his ex-wife. Elliott remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a criminal investigative hold pending additional charges.

Rebecca Lynn Meahrer, age 32 of Agnos was arrested May 1 on a failure to pay fines warrant and placed on a criminal investigative hold pending property type charges.  Meahrer remains in the Izard County Detention on a no-bond status.

Statler Dylan Lowery, age 19 of Oxford was arrested May 1 near Bandmill after he and a family member who were passengers in the same vehicle got into an argument that led to a physical altercation.  Lowery was charged with assault on a family member first degree. Lowery was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller, and was given a June 13th court date.

Jeremiah C. Totman, age 26 of Guion was arrested May 2 on charges of assault first degree and criminal mischief first degree.  Totman remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Bobby Ray Eddy, age 46 of Batesville was arrested Saturday night on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license ,failure to register a vehicle, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.  Eddy posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,705, given a court date, and released.

Garrett Buster Campbell, age 18 of Calico Rock was arrested May 1 on the charge of disorderly conduct. Campbell was released the day of his arrest and given a court date.

Elbert Wayne Dover, age 44 of Mountain Home was arrested April 30 on a child support enforcement warrant.  Dover was released May 3 after posting a $2,000 bond.

 

 

Also arrested on a child support enforcement warrant, Roy Lee Johnson, age 38 of Batesville remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $21,191 bond.

Michael Allen Liscomb, age 31 of Melbourne was transported May 3 from the Izard County Detention Facility to the Arkansas; Department of Correction after violating his conditions of parole.
