According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. 

 

 

Ivan Spener, 21, of Melbourne, was arrested on April 29th for battery 3rd degree. 

 

John Ellenburg 37 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested on April 30th for aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. 

 

Steven Morris, 37 of Russellville, was arrested May 1st for speeding, driving left of center, driving on a suspended driver's license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

Shania Bauer, 28, of Salem was arrested on May 1st on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.  

 

Kevin Linder 45, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on May 3rd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear. 

 

James Walters 41 of Melbourne was arrested on May 4th for domestic battery 3rd degree. 

 

Angelia Skinner, 44, of Melbourne was arrested on May 5th for driving on a suspended driver's license and possession of a controlled substance.
