According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. 

 

 

Jill Willhite, 41 of Horseshoe, was arrested on February 13th for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. 

 

Benjamin Hinds, 41 of Calico Rock, was arrested on February 13th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Drug Court.  

 

Joseph McGowen, 50 of Calico Rock, was arrested on February 13th for public intoxication. 

 

Sean Syce, 43 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 13th for driving on a suspended driver's license and public intoxication.  

 

Shelly Moser, 54 of Batesville, was arrested on February 15th for careless driving, failure to maintain control, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.  

 

Kevin Baltz, 32 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 15th for parole violations. Baltz is also pending formal charges of failure to abide by the sex offender registry.  

 

Earnest Almaguer, 46 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 15th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

William Brown, 56 of Wideman, was arrested on February 17th for possession of a controlled substance.  

 

Jon Williams, 42 of Little Rock, was arrested on February 18th for possession of a controlled substance.  

 

Taquesia Neal, 43 of Little Rock, was arrested on February 18th for introduction of a prohibited article into a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance.  

 

Amanda Hicks, 34 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 18th for driving left of center and driving on a suspended driver's license.
