IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WEEKLY INCARCERATION REPORT February 5th

According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week.

 

Jessica Moore, 28 of Evening Shade, was arrested on January 29th on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

Michael Blankenship, 43 of Collierville TN, was arrested on January 30th for careless driving and driving on a suspended driver's license.

Aluciana Mitchell-Retherford, 22 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 30th for domestic battery 3rd degree, DWI, and possession of an open container.

Taylor Ellis, 27 of Batesville, was arrested on January 30th for possession of a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

Sarah Wheeler, 35 of Batesville, was arrested on January 30th for possession of a controlled substance.

Elizabeth Whorton, 24 of Salem, was arrested on January 30th for permitting abuse of a minor, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor 3rd degree.

Jeffery Maxwell, 26 of Mountain View, was arrested on January 30th for domestic battery 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a minor 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor 3rd degree.

Andrew Altimari, 21 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 30th for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Tracy Shelton, 49 of Mountain View, was arrested on January 31st for DWI, open container of alcohol, tampering with an interlock device, and no proof of insurance.

Shane Spencer, 25 of Cherokee Village, was arrested on January 31st for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Noel Martin, 46 of Cotter, was arrested on January 31st on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

Patricia Cole, 58 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 1st for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

Jerry Swindle, 40 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 1st for domestic battery 3rd degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drugs and firearms, and possession of firearms by certain persons. Swindle was also charged as a habitual offender.

Sylvia Arrington, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 1st for possession of a controlled substance.

Simeon Rodgers, 32 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 1st for parole violations.

Nathaneil Campbell, 44 of Wideman, was arrested on February 1st for warrants out of Baxter County.

Joseph Lee, 40 of Dolph, was arrested February 2nd on parole violations out of Fulton County.

Billy Turner, 52 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 3rd for drinking in public.

Aluciana Mitchell-Retherford, 22 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 3rd for reckless driving, driving left of center, unsafe vehicle, DWI 2nd, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Zadok Eniss, 43 of Glenco, was arrested on February 4th for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
