According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton on June 18, Deputy Tyler Webb made a traffic stop on a vehicle on HWY 69 in Melbourne. During the traffic stop it was learned that the driver of the vehicle and the passenger, identified as Brandon Oneal age 41 of Rector, was under current supervision of probation/parole. Both were searched as well at the vehicle. Oneal had numerous pills and marijuana on his person. As a result, Oneal was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance; a class "D" felony, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Oneal is scheduled to be in the Izard County Circuit Court on July 14.

On June 20, Deputy Brent Engles was patrolling HWY 223 near Pineville when he met a vehicle on which Baxter County had put out a BOLO (be on the lookout) from earlier in the night regarding an incident involving a firearm. Deputy Engles made a traffic stop on the vehicle. It was driven by Dylan Sanders, age 28 of Pineville. During the stop Deputy Engles was granted permission to search the vehicle. Inside the vehicle a Glock pistol, methamphetamine, Oxycodone pills, and drug paraphernalia were located. A check of the serial number on the firearm showed it was stolen out of West Plains Missouri. Sanders was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; a class "D" felony, two counts of possession of a controlled substance; a class "C" felony, theft by receiving; a class "C" felony, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; a class "Y" felony. Sanders is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on July 14.

On June 23, Larry Horton, age 50 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for harassment. On June 24 Horton was also charged with terroristic threatening. Horton is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.

On June 23, Phil Cargal, age 41 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Brent Engles on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Cargal is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.

On June 23, Laci Taylor, age 28 of Sulpher Rock, turned herself into the Izard County Jail on charges of probation violations.

On June 24, Debbie Robinson, age 28 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith on a felony child neglect warrant out of Mississippi County. Robinson was held until she was extradited to Mississippi County.

On June 24, Simon Ducker, age 41 of Springfield Mo., was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Ducker is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.

On June 25, Mark McComas, age 63 of Mammoth Springs, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for violation of his conditions of bond out of the Izard County Circuit Court on the original charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. He is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on July 14.

On June 26, Darrell Campbell, age 70 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for domestic battery. Campbell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 23.

On June 26, Pamela Campbell, age 62 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for domestic battery. Campbell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 23.

On June 27, Simon Ducker, age 41 of Springfield Mo., was arrested by Deputy Brent Engles for disorderly conduct. Ducker is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on July 9.
